AUBURNDALE

Auburndale Facts

At first glance, Auburndale appears to be a quiet city with "hometown quality." A lingering look reveals a firmly established, steadily growing community with a population of 14,121 residents. Teamwork abounds in every aspect - business and industry, education, sports, and recreation. The vital element in our success is the spirit of community, which is one of Auburndale's main attractions.

Recreation
The City of Auburndale's Parks and Recreation Department provides the community with outstanding recreational facilities for youth and adult programs, including the City's state of the art softball complex, various community and neighborhood parks, baseball, softball and soccer fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball courts, community museum, cemeteries, and the Municipal Beach and boat ramp. Further, the Parks and Recreation Department maintains various public facilities that are utilized to host senior programs, community functions, private events and lessons.

For information on the City's recreational facilities and programs and cemetery services, please contact the Auburndale Parks and Recreation Department at 863-965-5545
